What is Daily Royale?

Daily Royale is a game deal website that offers top-quality video games at fantastic prices; typically 70% or more off.

Games featured on Daily Royale are available for a limited period, in addition to which there is usually a limited stock of keys for sale; so when a sale starts you need to grab the great deal before it sells out.

How can I get notified when deals launch?

How often do sales occur?

During our launch period we will initially be running two new promotions each week, with each running for 3 or 4 days. We will start offering games more frequently after the first couple of months of operation, ultimately aiming to give you a new game every day!

I'm a developer, how can I get my game in a promotion?

Get in touch with us as developers@dailyroyale.com or via the contact page. Be sure to include your game's name, link to video, any platforms it is on (Steam, Desura, Pc, Mac, Linux etc) and we'll make sure to get back to you as quickly as possible.

I've bought a game - how do I access it?

A unique url will be displayed after your purchase - click this to access your game. The unique link will also be sent in an email to the email address you provided during checkout, so make sure you keep that email safe so that you can access your games again whenever you want! You can get the email re-sent here.

My credit card or PayPal payment keeps getting denied, what can I do?

Apologies for that! Please let us know via the contact page, giving as much detail as possible regarding which part exactly isn't working, and whether you're receiving any errors. Please make sure before you email us that you've definitely entered the correct card/Paypal details at purchase!

The link I've been provided with doesn't work! What can I do?

Sorry about that, we're not sure what's happened there! Please email us via the contact page with your key and email address, and we'll make sure to get back to you as soon as humanly possible regarding your issue!

I'm not happy with the game I purchased, can I get a refund?

We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase. Please contact us via the contact page with your key, your reason for wishing a refund and your email address, and we will review your refund request.

I missed the current deal, can I still purchase it?

Unfortunately, once the time has run out on a specific sale or the restricted number of keys available have been sold, the game is no longer available for purchase. However, we will be bringing back the best selling games when we can so that those who missed them can have another chance - make sure you watch the website for details on those periods.

Is my Daily Royale account the same as my Indie Royale account?

Daily Royale and Indie Royale are both run by Desura. Your account on those sites will work here. If you have made two accounts you can contact us with both usernames and request they be merged.

When I log into my account it is missing games that I purchased. How can I add them to my collection?

The Collection is populated based on the e-mail address you used to purchase Daily Royale games. If you used more than one e-mail address to purchase games, then you will have to merge the two accounts. This can be done by clicking on "I own this game" and entering your deals unique key. Once you hit "Click here to save" the game will be added to your Collection.

I bought Daily Royale deals with different E-mail addresses. How can I merge the 2 accounts?

If you used more than one e-mail address to purchase games, then you will have to transfer ownership of the game key. This can be done by clicking on "I own this game" and entering your deals unique key. Once you hit "Click here to save" the game will be added to your Collection. Please note this will not work if the game has already been connected with another account.

If you have registered two accounts, you will need to contact us with both usernames and request they be merged.

Do you have a presskit with high-quality logos and images to post?

We've created a presskit containing the sites logo and other content which is available to download and use. Feel free to use the images to link to DailyRoyale.com. We have also created a widget which automatically shows the current sale stats, you can preview it below. I lost the link to my games! How can I get it back?

Hit the "Lost Key" link on the main Daily Royale page, and you'll be asked to enter either your key, or your email address. Make sure you enter the email address you bought the game with, and your url will be emailed to you.

I gifted my friend a game but they never received it!

Sorry about that! If you simply hit the "Lost Key" link on the main Daily Royale page, just beneath the 'Buy Now' boxes, and enter either your key or your email address, then your friend's key will be emailed to them.
